Cindy Druyf-Hatchard
MSW, RSW, CTIC, Social Worker
Counselling/Psychotherapy
Hi I’m Cindy. I am passionate about supporting children, teens and adults who have been experiencing symptoms of emotion dysregulation, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and poor self concept/esteem. I have specialized training in trauma, attachment and somatic therapies. Have you noticed that you have been trying to make changes but are feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer working for you? Have you or a child you love been through some distressing life events or traumas? We can work together to guide the body, mind and heart to build the life you want for yourself or your child. Our bodies have innate wisdom to help us through times of distress but sometimes we can get stuck in survival patterns learned in the past. To promote healing and address the impact of trauma I use an integrative approach through play, expressive arts-based interventions, EMDR, the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment model and Somatic therapies. Choosing the therapist that is the right fit for you is very important, so you feel heard, connected and safe. I offer a free 15 min consultation for us to meet, talk about your needs and any questions you may have in order to help you make the right choice for you.

Art-Psychotherapy
“Some things can’t be talked about…Instead they need to be ‘arted’ out.” When we don’t have the words to express what is happening in our heads, hearts, spirit or in our bodies, creative approaches can help us understand, communicate and connect with ourselves. No artistic experience necessary!
My name is Kirsten and I am a Registered Social Worker with 20 years experience in the field. In a search to find innovative and creative ways to connect with people, I became qualified to offer Art Therapy in 2013. In addition to the use of Art Therapy, I rely on evidence-based approaches to inform my practice including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy and psychoeducation. I use a blended trauma informed approach of talk and art therapy to support, understand and collaborate with individuals of all ages experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, substance use, caregiver stress, burnout and troubling relationship dynamics. The lens through which I practice with includes believing you are the expert of your own life, clarity and growth is possible, validation of your circumstances is necessary for connection and the creation of a therapeutic alliance, and you deserve a non-judgemental space to work through the things that don’t feel quite right. If you’re looking for a fresh perspective on how to tackle the challenges of life, trying out a new mode of transportation via creativity and expression through colour, imagery and shape, may be just the ticket to solving your issues so you can continue to the next leg of your journey. I look forward to hearing from you.

“I believe that art is a universal language that transcends words, expanding the possibilities for expression, communication, and connection. With a background in marketing, volunteer experience as a mentor, and a passion for psychology, I bring a special blend of creativity, communication skills, and solution-finding. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Counselling, I proceeded with the Art Psychotherapy Diploma program at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (CiiAT) to enhance my knowledge and skills to support people in reclaiming a sense of agency and restoring balance in their lives.I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space, helping people explore, build resilience, and reconnect with inner strengths. I follow a trauma-informed, client-centred, and culturally responsive approach. I am excited to share with you a creative journey and witness the transformative power of art-making.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—for children, teens, adults, and families alike. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, parenting challenges, neurodiversity, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, you don’t have to face it alone. Moheb is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel genuinely understood and empowered to move toward meaningful change. With more than 20 years of experience in counselling and social work across Canada and internationally, Moheb brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. He has extensive experience supporting children, youth, adults, couples, and families, particularly those living with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and family or parenting concerns. His background in child protection, family support, crisis intervention, and community mental health allows him to understand the many factors that influence wellbeing. Moheb believes that every person has unique strengths, and therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. He integrates evidence-based therapies—including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Play Therapy—to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for everyday life. As a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, Moheb recognizes that healing doesn’t always happen through words alone. When appropriate, he incorporates creative approaches that can help clients explore emotions, process difficult experiences, and express themselves in ways that feel natural and meaningful. Moheb is fluent in English, Arabic, and Italian and is committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care for people from diverse backgrounds. His warm, collaborative style helps clients feel safe, respected, and supported as they work toward their goals. My Name is Patricia, and I am currently completing my internship while completing my bachelor’s in counselling psychology. I also hold a Social Service Worker Diploma and have experience supporting individuals through crisis response, advocacy, and emotional support services. My approach is trauma-informed and client centered. I am especially interested in supporting individuals experiencing grief, stress, anxiety, life transition and emotional overwhelm. I am enthusiastic about creating safe and non-judgemental approaches where individuals can explore emotions, experiences and personal growth through conversation and creative expression. I believe creative approaches can help people communicate feelings that may be difficult to put into words and can support healing, process life experiences, build self- awareness, and support resilience. I value meeting each person where they are at and working at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. As an intern, I am continuing to learn and grow under supervision while gaining experience in therapeutic practice.

A Creative Approach
Our clinic started with a shared passion for holistic, patient-focused care. We came together to create a space where your wellness is at the heart of everything we do.
Our clinic offers psychotherapy services grounded in relational, ethical, and evidence-based practice. Relationship, trust, and authenticity are considered essential to the therapeutic process. Our clinicians strive to create an environment that is safe, comfortable, respectful, and non-judgmental, supporting clients of various ages and backgrounds as they explore personal challenges at a pace that feels right for them. All care is guided by informed consent, collaboration, and professional judgment.
