With over a decade of experience in social work, I’m deeply committed to creating a safe and compassionate space for individuals to find stability when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. My work is grounded in a relational, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach, supporting children, youth, and adults navigating trauma, chronic stress, family conflict, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I have a particular passion for supporting 2SLGBTQ + and neurodivergent youth.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred, respecting each person’s unique experiences and identities. I approach every individual with care, respect, and genuine curiosity, regardless of their background or circumstances. When words feel limiting, I am comfortable incorporating creative and artistic approaches to support expression and understanding. Each person arrives with different needs, and we will work together to find an approach that feels most supportive for you.
